Have you started shopping for the holidays yet? Since “Black Friday” seems to start earlier every year, I have created the ultimate gift guide for all of the male and female fitness lovers on your list. The products I have linked here are my personal recommendations so you do not need to worry about their quality!

1. Electronics

Wireless Headphones. The only item I will return home for when going to the gym. The choice of headphones will make or break a workout. Some people prefer over the ear headphones, but I personally prefer the Powerbeats 3 for portability. Here is the updated version.

Fitness activity tracker. Even though these have been around for a while, fitness activity tracker like Fitbits are consistently updated in order to help you achieve a better quality of life by tracking your steps and your sleep cycle. My brother and I purchased my father a Fitbit Charge 4 a few years ago and he still loves it. Smart watches like the Apple Watch have similar functions available on the device.

2. Clothing & Accessories

Activewear. Black leggings for the ladies or joggers for the guys are always great choices that will never disappoint.

Socks. If you need a small gift or stocking stuffer, give a quality pair of socks. You can never have too many. These socks from Bombas are a practical favorite while these from POPFlex are fun!

Gym bag. Using a bag can help you stay organized and makes sure everything you need for your workout is there. Over the years, I have amassed several gym bags in different sizes to fit my needs. They can also double as weekender or carry-on bags for travel. This one is a cute tote bag, this is a traditional duffle (fiancé approved), and this bag is specifically for a yoga mat.

3. Workout equipment

Custom weightlifting belt. Most avid gym goers already have a weight lifting belt in their gym bag, most likely the same one as other people. A customized belt can set them apart from the rest at the squat rack and protect their back in style.

Yoga mat. If your person is a works out from home or does yoga or pilates, they probably have a yoga mat and most likely would not mind another one. Manduka mats are a popular favorite among yogis and these yoga mats are anti-slip and come in fun designs.

4. Food & Nutrition

Air Fryer. If you have one, you know how magical they are. If you still do not have one, you are missing out. They come in different sizes and price points to fit their needs and your budget. I own this one.

Meal Prep subscription or gift card. Sometimes cooking can be stressful and time consuming. I use a local company when I do not have enough time to cook.

The Dude Diet cookbook. Although I find most of my recipes online, a versatile cookbook is a thoughtful gift for someone who enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. I originally bought this book for my fiancé a few years ago to help improve his eating habits. Although I use the book more than he does, the recipes are a great way to enjoy classic dishes without the extra calories.

5. Stationery

Fitness journal. Journaling your workouts is a great way to track your progress and help you stay motivated. I personally use this journal during bodybuilding competition prep since it is only for a few months. If you want a long term holistic journal, try this journal instead. For avid weightlifters, I recommend purchasing a lifting journal.

6. My “Banish the Burnout” Guide

If you are currently feeling exhausted and unmotivated due to work and other responsibilities, consider getting a copy of my “Banish the Burnout” Guide! Created after my debilitating experience with burnout, my guide helps you get your burnout under control, address the causes and develop a long-term solution to help you get your life back on track.
